The NCCI Mentoring Program pairs incoming NCCI members with an experienced member of the NCCI Board of Directors. The year long commitment is designed to help new members acclimate to NCCI in an effort to increase their engagement within the organization and to maximize their membership benefits. The Mentoring Program gives new members opportunities to have a successful first year through networking, programmatic, and social activities.
