What indicators demonstrate that it is a best practice? Does it address an emerging challenge in higher education or employ innovative approaches to conducting traditional functions more efficiently and effectively? 25 percent.

How has the practice/process been leveraged for broad impact, e.g. implemented by many units/institutions, disseminated broadly, achieved increased scale of impact? How did you work with key stakeholders to garner interest, resources, and endorsement, for both initiating and also leveraging the practice beyond its initial boundaries? 25 percent.
