Brigham Young University created a program for managing capital assets in an integrated way. The project began as an innovative approach to managing capital assets and expanded to include:
These efforts saved millions and have been adopted by other BYU campuses and by the Church of Jesus Christ of Later-Day Saints facilities division worldwide. Many educational institutions and governmental entities are introducing this design.
