How to Engage in the Virtual Conference as an In-Person Attendee

Attendees are strongly encouraged to bring their own laptops to the event. Viewing rooms have been setup for the educational sessions, which are being presented virtually through the Zoom Events platform. We invite you to join in-person colleagues in the viewing rooms where sessions will be projected on a large screen with audio for the room. To engage in the virtual session, you can use you laptop to chat or participate in polls. If a session uses breakouts, we encourage all in-person attendees to be their own breakout group rather than joining a Zoom breakout group. If you are joining Zoom from the viewing room, please DO NOT connect to audio from your device. Simply click the X to close the box when prompted to join audio.
